Secretary of State reacts to plans for boycott of SATs
NAHT TV spoke to Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families, Ed Balls, straight after the NAHT's 94% vote in favour of boycotting Key Stage 2 SATs. He argued that independent assessment at primary school level is critical and that a boycott is the wrong thing to do.
